Well get to know each other really well and will have the opportunity to cover every aspect of birth, your personal situation and how YOU can prepare, and we'll cover a whole toolkit of techniques for birth.

You'll go away feeling knowledgeable, prepared, and completely confident in your ability to navigate any birthing scenario.

Throughout this we'll be focussing on helping you explore any fears you have, think about all the options you have and which might be best for you, and how to navigate conversations with care providers (as I know from experience how overwhelming these can feel).
